In this first-year colloquium, we will work toward three goals:

1. We will review learning strategies that you can use in your studying, reading and writing in all your classes.

2. We will work together to develop computer skills that can further improve the effectiveness of your research and writing.

3. We will expand our academic frame of reference by collaborating with nonprofit community agencies on service learning projects.
